Sessions and Pricing
30 Minute - $55 (non-member) / $50 (active chiropractic member)
60 Minute - $110 (non-member) / $95 (active chiropractic member)
90 Minute - $150 (non-member) / $135 (active chiropractic member)

At this time, pricing is based only on session duration, not techniques used. Your massage therapy session is customized to your needs and goals. Kelly will take the time to understand your concerns and tailor her technique accordingly. Whether you need gentle relaxation or targeted tissue work, she will create a safe and comfortable environment for your care.

Kelly is passionate about massage therapy because it supports the body’s natural ability to heal and regulate through a holistic, nervous system-focused approach. She believes that when the body feels safe and supported, it can restore balance from the inside out. Kelly especially enjoys working with mothers and prenatal clients, while also offering focused therapeutic care for those seeking relief from tension, pain, or injury.
She offers deep tissue, pre- and postnatal, cupping, therapeutic, injury care, and relaxation massage. With over 10 years of experience, Kelly has worked with a wide range of clients including professional athletes, mothers, children, and those recovering from injury.
Kelly was first introduced to neurologically-based chiropractic care when her son was a baby experiencing colic and feeding challenges. That experience had a lasting impact on her and deepened her passion for nervous system health, making her especially excited to now be working in this space.
When she’s not working, she enjoys spending time with her two children and being involved in her church community. Having grown up in Oakdale, Kelly feels especially grateful to serve the community she calls home, and she looks forward to supporting you in your wellness journey.
Policies and FAQs
Cancellation Policy
A valid credit card is required to hold all massage appointment times in case of any cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours of your visit. If you need to reschedule or cancel your session within the 48 hour window or do not arrive for your scheduled massage, you will be charged a 50% service fee (based on the scheduled service price).

When you forget or cancel/reschedule your massage session without giving a 48 hour notice, we may miss the opportunity to fill that space.
