Delaney Lindstrom
Care Advocate
Delaney first experienced chiropractic care when she was 12 years old. She sustained a Clay Shoveler fracture and disc bulge at her C7 from playing softball. Chiropractic care helped calm the nerves and muscle around the fracture so it could heal properly, without needing surgery. She continued playing catcher until her junior year of college, when she was forced to medically retire due to a shoulder injury. Since starting up with chiropractic care again, Delaney has enjoyed a substantial reduction in her pain and symptoms stemming from her neck and internal hip rotation. Delaney is fascinated by the intricate systems of the body and how they all work together.
Delaney’s love for softball continues now as she coaches girls ages 9-18 and even some college athletes. It’s a sport that has her heart, and she enjoys nurturing others’ love and passion for it as well. She loves anything active, from simply walking with her dog to working out and lifting weights. Her favorite thing to do at the end of the day is cuddle up with her dog and watch a movie or read a book. Though she’s also been known to wind down by cleaning and organizing anything around her!
Delaney was born and raised in the Golden Valley/Hopkins area. She lived in Texas for 2 years while attending college and playing softball. There she earned her Associate's in Science with a Health Focus. She then went to the University of Mary in Bismarck, North Dakota to play softball and study Exercise Science and Kinesiology with a Minor in Coaching. She has a desire to go back to school to become a Mammary Technician. She’s passionate about creating a welcoming and comforting environment where people feel cared for and encouraged throughout their wellness journey.
