Optimal Life Chiropractic is no longer in network with insurance companies. Because of this, we are now able to offer lower, more straight forward and transparent pricing in all phases of our care! In fact, our Corrective Care Plans are now 2% to over 20% less out-of-pocket cost than they were when we accepted insurance payments, and our ongoing membership plans saw an even steeper decrease. As always, our team will clearly explain all costs before any services are incurred. Rest assured there will never be any hidden or surprise costs.

The exact cost of care depends on your individual needs, which we can only determine after learning about your case. During our New Patient Consultation and Exam ($147) we will dive deep into your symptoms, history, and goals then our doctors will work together to come up with care recommendations to help you best achieve truly lasting change and progress. At your Report of Findings appointment, all care recommendations, cost, and payment options will be presented to you to consider and ask questions. There is no additional charge for your Report of Findings appointment and it is typically within a day or two of your New Patient appointment. Most patients start in what we call "Corrective Care". During this phase, monthly care typically ranges from $495-$850, based on visit frequency. This phase of care is highly individualized and targeted for your exact needs. We offer multiple different payment plan options with a discount available for paying up front. As care progresses into wellness or maintenance, monthly care ranges from $85-$295/month, depending on visit frequency and number of family members receiving care.

You can expect your first visit and evaluation to take approximately 60 minutes. If you are coming in with family members who are also getting their assessments, please prepare for longer. Please be sure to complete your paperwork online before arriving. After the first two visits, a typical visit takes between 5 and 15 minutes. There will be an occasional assessment as we closely monitor your progress, which on average takes no more than 20-30 minutes. We will schedule these extended appointments ahead of time with you so that you can properly plan for your day. If you would like to schedule additional time to talk one-on-one about a particular issue, just speak to our team and we will gladly accommodate you.

Every person is different and the way their body responds depends on many factors. For example, if you have been dealing with neck pain and acid reflux for 10 years, it would be imprudent to assume you will feel better after just one adjustment. Some individuals feel better after the first adjustment, while others feel better after months of care. Some people experience healing sensations or retracing and can feel worse for a period of time as they begin their journey to functioning better and feeling better. Most of the time, our patients report sleeping better and experiencing more energy and mental clarity after their first few adjustments. If there is one thing we can guarantee after each adjustment, it is that your body will begin functioning better, and once you have proper nerve function and are holding your adjustments, the nerves can begin to heal and you will feel better as a result. True healing takes time and repetition.

After discussing your health history and current concerns in detail, Dr. Roger or Dr. Austyn will determine if diagnostic imaging is warranted. These specific, chiropractic postural x-rays (taken on-site for no extra charge!) show areas of degeneration, loss of disc space between the bones, lack of or abnormal curvature, and even the very beginning of compensating curvatures.
